Implement a production planning strategy and support the planning team in order to improve the company’s performance.

1. Establishment of development axes :

Proposal of axes of development and structuring of the team, in relation with the workshops
Coordination and negotiation with the various departments or principals (production, purchasing, logistics, quality, marketing, etc.)
Definition of improvements in production management systems to optimize flows
Distribution and release of production orders

2. Organize and manage the planning team :

Support the planning and scheduling team leader
Management of the team
Monitoring of the adequacy of the means / resources (components, human...) to the production needs
