Taking over the operational management of the warehouse of a company in the textile sector in France, following the sudden departure of the current Director:
1. Management of logistics teams
- Manage your team: participate in recruitment, training, coaching, change management
- Recruit temporary resources to ensure business continuity during the closure
- Managing a team that is not given any visibility, is demotivated or has little confidence in the list
- Supervise the logistics team and manage priorities on all activities
- Management of the existing team
2. Improvement of the organization of the warehouse activity
- Organize the warehouse activity (reception, storage, order preparation and shipping) in accordance with health and safety rules and internal procedures
- Plan all resources: Personnel and Materials.
- Organize and participate in physical inventories and ensure inventory reliability.
- Supervise operations and respect departure dates.
- Update and monitor the indicators of its scope
- Maintain delivery times until the transfer date
- Optimize space within the warehouse
- To be a force of proposal for continuous improvement (procedures, methodology).e list
- Manage the management of logistics activities in the warehouse using the Reflex WMS, in coordination with the Deputy Logistics Director, particularly for the parameterization.
- Ensure compliance with social, safety, working conditions, quality and environmental regulations on the site
- Ensure a permanent link with other departments of the company
