Taking over the operational management of two production sites in France and Africa, following the early departure of the current Director, in order to optimize technical, logistical and regulatory quality.
1. Steering of production activities and management of its teams :
- Definition and implementation of production objectives
- Development of production optimization plans
- Establishment of work methods and quality control
- Management of budgets and production schedules
- Monitoring of costs / deadlines / quality
- Monitoring the safety of personnel, property and compliance with environmental obligations
2. Continuous Supply Chain Improvement:
- management of the payroll and HR costs
- audit of the payroll function, then harmonization of practices (time saving)
- Decrease in inventories of semi-finished products
- Improving traceability and highlighting supply chain failures
- Analysis and coordination of the actions of the production, purchasing, warehouse and flow optimization departments
