France and International. Abroad, we send one of our managers to the country in question or we rely on local partners, a flexible solution that allows us to find an interim manager already on site.

Our history
The history of MOMEN is above all the history of its two founders.
It began 15 years ago: Business Engineers, within an ESN created 1 year earlier, and counting about 20 people; we quickly experienced a success story that led us to climb the ladder and to manage a group of 800 people

With nearly 15 years of experience in the recruitment and placement of consultants, in consulting firms and in ESN, Dorothée JAUNEZ and Antoine GOETZ bring all their expertise to an interim management firm.
With a strong focus on sales dynamics, supporting managers in their interim assignments, they believe in the fundamentals of recruitment to find the right profile: listen carefully to understand the client’s needs, then select the right profile.
