Our history
The story of MOMEN begins with its two founders.
It started 20 years ago : as Business Managers in an IT services company founded just a year earlier with around 20 employees, Dorothée Jaunez and Antoine Goetz quickly had a success story. They lead a group of 800 employees, before founding their own interim management firm together.

MOMEN team
Dorothée Jaunez and Antoine Goetz founded MOMEN after 15 years of experience in recruitment, executive selection and consulting.
Today, the MOMEN team includes 20 professionals. Our Sales Directors all come from leadership roles, giving them a deep understanding of your challenges and the ability to select the best interim management profiles.
We place strong emphasis on commercial dynamism and supporting managers throughout their transition assignments. We rely on the fundamentals of recruitment to find the ideal profile : carefully listening to understand the client’s needs, then selecting the interim director perfectly suited to the role.
