Taking charge of the logistic operation in a context of creation of a new warehouse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 100% dedicated to a major account of the food industry in controlled temperature.

The main challenges are:

1. Management of logistics teams :

Implementation of an action plan to set a steady pace
Management and support for team leaders
Training with high quality and deadline requirements
Steering with the supervision team in order to anticipate volumes on flows

2. Optimize the production activity

Implement new procedures to stabilize the site's activities
Stabilization of the activity and handing over to the future logistics operations manager
Coordination of activities with the various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, external service providers)
