The mission consists of taking over the HR Performance team in charge of Social Management Control, until the arrival of the next Director.
The main challenges to be achieved are:
1- Taking charge of the Social Management Control of the group :
- Carrying out all forecasts, budgets and specific requests concerning the group's payroll and workforce
- Propose actions to human resources to improve payroll management
- Calculate the costs of the HR policy
- Carry out monthly data reporting and follow-up
2- Lead and manage the HR Performance team :
- Lead and manage the HR team and ensure the development of skills
- Monitoring of the adequacy of means / resources (components, human...) to the needs of the group
