1. Definition and implementation of the HR policy :
- change management, reorganization, team professionalization
- management of the payroll and HR costs
- audit of the payroll function, then harmonization of practices (time saving)
- implementation of optimizations via the Fillon law (financial gain)
2. Management of Social Relations: management of collective negotiations and support for directors in their negotiations
- audit and clarification of the social background: comparative database
- improving the social climate through a communication plan on the Group's strategy, clarification of practices
3. HR reporting, support and advice to the CEO, Directorates and operational departments
