1. Implementation of a continuous improvement process :

Analyze risks and conduct an internal audit
Respect the rules of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)
Keep a permanent watch on regulations and legislation in the field of safety and environment
Formalize the processes and procedures necessary for the functioning of the organization

2. External Relationship Management:

Selection of suppliers, subcontractors and service providers
To ensure the implementation of the safety of employees, industrial installations and products
Lead a team of HSE referents
Raise team awareness of the HSE approach and compliance with HSE procedures
