Replacement, in an emergency context, of the Recruitment Manager, following a dismissal. The main challenges are:
1. Establishment of a recruitment strategy and its operational implementation:
- Elaboration of the internal and external recruitment policy according to the strategic axes of development and the budgetary aspects
- Management of the recruitment of headquarters profiles, and possibly of very large profiles
- Management of the HR team (18 people), spread over Paris and the provinces
- Support to the teams and support if questions
- Strengthening the link with operational managers regarding recruitment activities
2. Reporting and performance monitoring :
- Monitoring of recruitment dynamics and overall activity
- Monitoring of KPIs
- Adjustment of priorities, dispatch.
