Relay management – part-time replacement of a HRD, following a false start by a new recruit. The main challenges are:
1. Implementation of the company’s HR policy :
- Definition of the company's HR strategy and policy
- Management of the company's human resources (recruitment, training, payroll, mobility, career management, etc.)
- Monitoring of projects and evaluation of their results
2 . management of external relations :
- Management of the 2 collective agreements / legal
- Management of IRP meetings and social relations with the unions (CGT/FO)
- HR development in a context of company integration/acquisitions.
