1. Intervene as a group CFO, accompanying the current CFO:

  • Helping to structure the service
  • Setting up a team / Staffer
  • Manage the migration project from the existing tool to SAGE
  • To advise on the acquisitions that the group can make

2. Reporting and performance improvement :

  • Set up a monthly reporting
  • Ensures reporting to management
  • Ensures that procedures and schedules are followed
  • Oversees financial flows / manages and supervises cash flow
  • Analyzes the financial situation (balance sheet, analysis, dashboards, activity indicators and reporting)
