Reference Plant Manager

Implement strategy and oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, from production to manufacturing to compliance with policies and procedures in an emergency environment.

The main challenges are:

1. Define strategy and monitor operational management:

Manage the site's activity (both on the production side and on all aspects related to human resources),
Collaborate with the different departments: quality, purchasing, maintenance, design office, etc. as part of site operations,
Organize, optimize and make reliable the means of the site in order to guarantee the manufacture of the products and to answer the commercial requests,
Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the proper functioning of all production lines,
Monitor the management of maintenance and structural overheads,
Participate in the development of the site's industrial strategy and plant projects in collaboration with the General Manager
Ensure reporting to the General Manager

2. Optimize Human Management at the perimeter level:

Lead and manage middle management and all staff with a presence in the field,
Create a relationship of trust and proximity with all the site's employees,
To take charge of the relations with the partners of the production site at the local level,
Relay the objectives of the general management and ensure that a favorable social climate is maintained,
Apply and enforce QHSE rules and objectives on site.
