Implement strategy and oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, from production to manufacturing to compliance with policies and procedures in an emergency environment.
The main challenges are:
1. Define strategy and monitor operational management:
- Manage the site's activity (both on the production side and on all aspects related to human resources),
- Collaborate with the different departments: quality, purchasing, maintenance, design office, etc. as part of site operations,
- Organize, optimize and make reliable the means of the site in order to guarantee the manufacture of the products and to answer the commercial requests,
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the proper functioning of all production lines,
- Monitor the management of maintenance and structural overheads,
- Participate in the development of the site's industrial strategy and plant projects in collaboration with the General Manager
- Ensure reporting to the General Manager
2. Optimize Human Management at the perimeter level:
- Lead and manage middle management and all staff with a presence in the field,
- Create a relationship of trust and proximity with all the site's employees,
- To take charge of the relations with the partners of the production site at the local level,
- Relay the objectives of the general management and ensure that a favorable social climate is maintained,
- Apply and enforce QHSE rules and objectives on site.
