Taking over the operational management of the warehouse of a company in the textile sector in France, following the sudden departure of the current Director:
1. Management of teams of logistics operators
- Welcoming employees arriving from other platforms
- Welcoming and training new employees
- Manage, train and structure teams
- Recruiting temporary resources
- Supervise the logistics team and manage priorities on all activities
2. Improvement of the organization of the warehouse activity and the respect of the rules
- Organize the warehouse activity (reception, storage, order preparation and shipping) in accordance with health and safety rules and internal procedures
- Maintain deadlines
- Manage logistics activities with the help of the Reflex WMS
- Update and monitor the indicators of its scope
- Optimize space within the warehouse
- Ensure compliance with social, safety, working conditions, quality and environmental regulations on the site
- Ensure a permanent link with other departments of the company
