The mission consists in setting up a restructuring schedule and boosting the commercial part. The main challenges of the Assistant General Manager are:
1. Design and management of the company’s commercial strategy :
- Implement the deployment of the project defined by the general management.
- Work with the Director to coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations
- Ensure the implementation of the objectives by the sales department
- Organize and optimize schedules
2. Outcome Evaluation:
- Implementation and evaluation of KPI's
- Search for leviSupervise the work of the sales team
- Search for optimization levers according to the desired result
