In a context of tense supply chain and high pressure, the Customer service manages all the requests of the European customers and coordinates the logistics of the factories in France and in Romania:
1. Manage the department by replacing the former manager at short notice :
- Manage the activity from the reception of the needs, the order until the delivery of the products to the customers
- Manage customer disputes directly: crisis meetings, action plan...
- Leading continuous improvement projects for business processes
- Lead IT projects on SAP related to the activity
2. Define and implement jointly with the Management the reorganization of the department
- Reintegration of the Customer Service logistics function within the production plants
- audit of the payroll function, then harmonization of practices (time saving)
- Produce reports and consolidate information for the company
- Improving traceability and highlighting supply chain failures
